Terms of Service

Work in Canada is a career toolkit for people looking for work in Canada. It helps you discover job listings from public job boards, find a likely NOC code, build and tailor resumes and cover letters, track applications, and receive job alerts.

ImmigCanada is not the employer for any listing and is not a recruitment or employment agency. Listings come from third-party sites such as Job Bank, LinkedIn, Indeed and Glassdoor.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, LMIA approval, work permits, Express Entry invitations or permanent residence. LMIA, NOC and Express Entry labels come from each posting's wording or automatic estimates and may be wrong. Always confirm details with the employer and official Government of Canada sources.

Using this service is not immigration advice and does not create a consultant–client relationship. Immigration advice is only provided under a separate written agreement with ImmigCanada.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Give accurate information and keep your login private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.

Member features need an active membership or a valid access pass. Passes are personal: a pass issued to an email can only be redeemed by that account and must not be shared, sold or published. We may cancel passes or memberships that are misused. Prices and billing terms are shown at the time of purchase.

You own the resumes, cover letters and profile information you add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. AI-generated drafts can contain mistakes — review and edit them, and never submit claims that are not true. You are responsible for what you send to employers.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy or resell listings or other content from the service.
• Try to access other users' data or bypass access controls.
• Upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to share.
• Use the service to send spam or mislead employers.

Links to job boards and employer sites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, their availability, or their terms, and are not responsible for their content or for listings that have closed.

The design, software, text, graphics and the ImmigCanada name and logo are owned by or licensed to ImmigCanada. You may not copy or reproduce them except for personal use of the service. Other trademarks belong to their owners.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties about accuracy, completeness or availability. To the extent allowed by law, ImmigCanada is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Quebec, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
